How can I buy a product?
All sales are through PayPal. Please send your order to hellomanasira@gmail.com and we will send you an invoice.
We will respond as soon as possible to your email order. Packages will be sent and tracked via Australia post within 24hrs of a payment being received. Please allow extra time during the Christmas period.

What is your Orders & Returns policy?
We offer store credit for colour changes on returned full priced items only. Please note we are unable to accept returns on sale items as these sales are final.
Item/s must be in original condition – unwashed, unused, unstained with all tags attached. The item/s must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
We provide refunds on faulty items only.

We currently offer shipment throughout Australian and New Zealand through Australia Post or Click & Collect (local Newcastle pickup)
For International shipment, please inquire at hellomanasira@gmail.com for options.
SHIPPING RATES:
Australia & New Zealand: Shipping for orders below $200 AUD is a flat fee of $9.95 AUD. We currently offer free shipping on all orders above $200 AUD. We offer Express Shipping through Australia Post Australia wide, please note this will be calculated at checkout.

Product Care
All of our products are handmade. Slight variations may be found and these form part of the beauty that is handmade.
Cold hand wash only. We recommend using a delicate machine wash bag on gentle cycle. Lay blankets flat to dry.
